Not such a good week for the girls today, they didnt unfortunately play like last week but then they cant always can they, everyone has off days although a shame we have to look forward to the next game and hope that we get back to last weeks form, it doesnt mean though that because this week wasnt as good as the last that the girls didnt play with their best in mind, they always keep trying no matter what and this week they did the same but it just didnt pay off for them.

Although form wasnt quite there this week the girls had 7 attempts at goal that went wide and 1 shot on target saved by the Barnes keeper, amongst all that as well was a few shots that could have gone in had we found a toe able to get to it to pop it in the back of the net. Unfortunately Barnes did score and the game finished 1-0 to them but well done to the girls as there was some individual great defensive stops, runs and then a few saves by our keeper as well, keep your heads up girls it may not have been quite there this week but we all know you can do it and we're proud of you whatever.

Sophia - Great defending by Sophia today, very consistent as always - never gave up.

Phoebe - Great chasing down the ball today, some good skills displayed when stole the ball from a goal kick, unlucky nothing from that. Great run today again unlucky nothing from it

Sophie W - two trys at goal today that unfortunately went wide, good passing today for shots at goal 1 to Abbie the other a great 1 to Sophie M. Sophie took a great free kick today, player received it but couldnt get it in.

Megan - made a good few stops today, briiliant stop made on the goal line to deny Barnes a goal, consistent defending as always today and held off a Barnes player today to allow ball to roll to our keeper

Abbie - so good as always, consistently making runs, helped defending, great skill shown when held off Barnes down the line, always on the ball trying to get anything from it if the chance is there.

Rebecca - Good defending today, along with Megan kept the Barnes players out

Sophie M - constant presence around the Barnes Goal, unluckily couldnt get on the end of

Sophie W's pass but made a great run and play to the Barnes goal, again unlucky nothing from it.

Jorja - some good runs today, received a good pass from Morgan today but unfortunately shot went wide, consistent in midfield again today, always chasing ball down.

Morgan - had a couple of shots today that went wide, 1 only missing by centimetres, good pick up from Megans defensive kick but unfortunately nothing from it, made good pass to
Jorja today after seeing her in space.

Amy - 1st game today as Amy new, didnt let it get to her, played really well in Goal, made a couple of great saves and 1 briliiant save. made a very good goal kick out to midfield.
